Australia outside centre Tevita Kuridrani has been ruled out of Saturday's QBE International against England at Twickenham due to an ankle injury.
The 23-year-old was hurt during the Wallabies' 26-23 defeat to Ireland in Dublin on Saturday and his absence will be a blow for Australia, as he has scored three tries in his last six games.
Fiji-born Kuridrani's absence means that Australia coach Michael Cheika could move Adam Ashley-Cooper from the wing to plug the gap or Kurtley Beale may be recalled to the starting line-up.
Australia have only won one of their three Tests so far this autumn, a 33-28 victory over Wales on November 8.
They were then defeated 29-26 by France the following weekend before losing to Ireland.
