Lock Kane Douglas has earned a recall as one of four changes to Australia's team for their Test clash with England on Saturday.
Douglas impressed off the bench in the Wallabies' 27-24 defeat at the hands of Ireland in Dublin and he takes the place of Rory Arnold in the second row.
Back-row Lopeti Timani, wing Sefanaia Naivalu and scrum-half Nick Phipps are the other players returning to Michael Cheika's starting XV.
Dean Mumm and Henry Speight drop down to the bench where there are also places for prop Tom Robertson, flanker Sean McMahon and scrum-half Nick Frisby.
The Twickenham match will see Australia captain Stephen Moore make his 117th Test appearance to become the second most-capped Wallaby of all time behind former skipper George Gregan.
And centre Tevita Kuridrani will bid to become only the second Australia tourist to score a try in every Test on tour against the four home nations since Mark Ella in 1984.
"I thought he [Douglas] had a good second half when he came on (against Ireland)," Cheika said.
"He's been a guy trying to get back to his best form. He'd had a really good training week and I wanted to give him some extended time and get him involved. I think he did well and I wanted to reward that."
"[Timani] will give us a lot of punch and strength in attack and defence. That extra weight he's got, his ball carrying and strong defence [is helpful].
"It's going to be a very physical game and he's fresh now after a couple of weeks off and ready to go. I think we'll need that extra grunt in there for this game."
