Leicester lock Sebastian De Chaves has signed for the Tigers' Aviva Premiership rivals London Irish.
Premiership strugglers Irish have confirmed a two-year deal for the South African, who joined Leicester from French club Mont de Marsan in 2013.
Irish's head of rugby operations Glenn Delaney said: "We are delighted to have acquired a player of Sebastian's calibre, and we look forward to welcoming him to the club.
"He will be a real asset to our forward pack as we continue to strengthen our squad for next season."
Irish are four points adrift at the Premiership basement with just four games left.
Irish have also signed 22-year-old prop Danny Hobbs-Awoyemi - who was a member of England's all-conquering U20 squad - from Northampton on a two-year contract.
