Northampton Saints have signed highly-regarded Canada prop Jake Ilnicki until the end of the season.
The 24-year-old tighthead made his debut in Monday night's Aviva 'A' League match against Leicester.
Ilnicki has been capped 18 times by Canada and started all three of their recent autumn internationals, having been a member of the World Cup squad last year.
A well-travelled performer, he has represented Manawatu in New Zealand and has also plied his trade in Australia and latterly the United States.
