France coach Guy Noves has made four changes for Saturday's Six Nations fixture against Italy in Rome.
Brive flanker Fabien Sanconnie will make his debut for Les Bleus with Brice Dulin, Virimi Vakatawa and Julien Le Devedec also named in the starting XV.
Fly-half Francois Trinh-Duc is on the bench as he makes his return following four months out with a broken arm.
Scrum-half Antoine Dupont, called up on Wednesday as possible cover for Maxime Machenaud, will win his first cap if introduced at the Stadio Olimpico.
France have lost their two away fixtures in this year's Six Nations against England and France, while Italy sit bottom after three consecutive defeats.
It is the 40th time the sides will meet, France winning 36 of their previous encounters and Italy three.
Italy's last win over France came at the Olimpico in 2013.
