Ireland centre Robbie Henshaw has been ruled out of the rest of the Six Nations with a shoulder injury.
Henshaw damaged his shoulder while scoring his second try in Saturday's 56-19 victory over Italy.
The Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) confirmed Henshaw underwent a procedure on his right shoulder on Monday morning.
The British and Irish Lions centre's absence is a blow to Ireland, who are bidding for a third title in five years.
Henshaw's Leinster team-mates Tadhg Furlong and Jack Conan suffered hamstring and shoulder injuries respectively against Italy, with Furlong forced off after four minutes.
However, both are expected to be available for Ireland's home game with Wales on February 24.
Ireland sit top of the Six Nations on scoring difference after winning their first two fixtures.
After Wales they play Scotland in Dublin on March 10, and travel to Twickenham seven days later to face defending champions England.
