England will be without loosehead props Mako Vunipola and Ellis Genge for their third and final Test against South Africa in Cape Town next Saturday.

Vunipola started both the first and second Tests of the series but agreed with England's management prior to the tour that he would miss the third for family reasons. He is set to fly back to England on Sunday.

Leicester Tigers forward Genge picked up a knee injury in training this week and flew back to England on Saturday to continue his recovery.

Harlequins' Joe Marler, who replaced Vunipola in both of the first two matches in the series, appears likely to start in a game which has plenty of meaning for an England side coming off five consecutive Test match defeats.
