Eddie Jones has shaken up his England squad for Saturday's Old Mutual Wealth Series clash with Fiji at Twickenham.
Flanker Tom Wood and winger Marland Yarde, who started the 37-21 win over South Africa last weekend, have been omitted from the Australian's 25-man squad.
Wood's departure from the squad means Wasps back-row Nathan Hughes could get his first England start if 100 per cent after a minor lower leg injury.
Billy Vunipola is fit enough to be included after what has been described only as a 'knock', but Jones already knew he would be without lock Dave Attwood with a knee injury.
Hughes also provides cover for Vunipola at No 8 and, if included in the matchday squad, the 25-year-old would be playing against the country of his birth after coming through residency requirements to qualify for England.
Teimana Harrison of Northampton and Bath's Charlie Ewels, both left out of the 25 against South Africa, retain their place this time along with Harlequins prop Kyle Sinckler.
There are also changes among the backs with Yarde missing out on the squad altogether.
Based on Tuesday's training teams, there are potential starts for Saracens full-back Alex Goode and Bath winger Semesa Rokoduguni, neither of whom made it to the final 25 for the South Africa match.
Jonathan Joseph, who was replaced by Wasps centre Elliot Daly last Saturday, could also return while Exeter's Henry Slade retains his place in the squad.
Leicester's Ellis Genge, Gloucester back row Ben Morgan, Wasps hooker Tommy Taylor, Sale back Mike Haley and Saracens fly-half Alex Lozowski are the other absentees from the 33-man squad.
