Ruaridh McConnochie has been withdrawn from England's starting XV that will face Wales due to a minor muscle strain, with Anthony Watson his replacement.
It emerged on Friday afternoon that McConnochie was doubtful and on Saturday morning England were forced into a change for the Test in Cardiff - live on Sky Sports.
It is the second weekend in a row McConnochie has been denied his England debut after a hip injury prevented him from playing against Wales at Twickenham.
His Bath team-mate Watson has been drafted in ahead of Jonny May to plug the gap on the right wing.
Watson will now start in back-to-back matches after returning from a ruptured Achilles tendon in the 33-19 win last Sunday.
If Jones' side are victorious over Wales in Cardiff then they will be the first team to win at the Principality Stadium since November 2017.
Following Saturday's Test, England will also face Ireland on August 24 at Twickenham Stadium and Italy on September 6 in Newcastle as part of their Summer Internationals, all live on Sky Sports.
