All the team news and how to watch the World Rugby U20 Championship, including England's semi-final meeting with South Africa.

Callum Chick is expecting a physical encounter as England U20s battle South Africa for a place in the World Rugby U20 Championship final.

The No 8 is recalled into the side following their 17-13 pool stage victory over Australia on Wednesday evening. 

Chick is one of six changes made by head coach Martin Haag and is aware of the challenge that they face up against the junior Springboks.

He said: "South Africa is going to be a big step up and a huge challenge.

"Southern hemisphere teams have dominated world rugby for the past year or so, so it would be nice to go out there and win but we know that's not going to be easy.

"We are going to have to match their physicality. They are going to be big and strong but are also going to have some dangerous players who are good with ball in hand so we are going to have to shut them down."

Up front, prop Billy Walker and No 8 Chick are both recalled into the side while Jack Singleton is named at hooker in place of the injured Jack Walker. 

The junior Springboks have also shuffled his side ahead of the semi-final clash.

Wing S'busiso Nkosi and scrum-half Embrose Papier are both ruled out through injury while vice-captain Ernst van Rhyn is called into the starting line-up in place of Cobus Wiese.

Coach Dawie Theron has called upon a fresh front-row to take on England with Nicolaas Oosthuizen, Tango Balekile and Jaco Holthausen joining forces.

Ireland U20 v Argentina U20 

In the other semi-final, Ireland re-vamp their side ahead of their game against Argentina. with Hugo Keenan, Johnny McPhillips and Greg Jones the three starters to retain their places.

Ireland have booked a semi-final spot for only the second time on the back of a 26-25 win over Wales, a 33-24 victory against reigning champions New Zealand and a 35-7 success over Georgia.

Argentina find themselves in the final four after securing the best runners-up place following impressive wins over France (24-15), Japan (39-20) and South Africa (19-13). 

Both sides go into the final four looking to make history and claim their place in the tournament's final for the first time in their histories.

How and where to watch the World U20s Championship?

It's a jam packed day of World U20s championship rugby, and the action kicks-off with Wales challenging reigning champions New Zealand with the winner progressing to the fifth-place play-off, live on Sky Sports 3 HD from 3.00pm. 

Following that on the same channel, Ireland and Argentina go head-to-head in the first semi-final with both sides aiming to make history and claim a first-ever appearance in the tournament's final. 

Tune in to Sky Sports 3 HD from 7.30pm to see England take on South Africa as they bit to make their fourth consecutive final at this level.
