Ulster's PRO12 game against Zebre was postponed on Friday because of a frozen pitch.

Referee Craig Evans, in charge of his first PRO12 fixture, deemed the Kingspan Stadium surface unplayable shortly before the scheduled 7.35pm kick-off time.

The match will now be rearranged, with the weekends of January 27 and February 3 the first available to both sides.

Ulster were due to go into the latest round of matches in fifth place in the PRO12 table having lost three in succession.

Ireland flanker Chris Henry, who was due to start, will now have to wait until next Saturday's trip to Cardiff for his first start of the season after shoulder surgery.

Zebre are currently second-from-bottom having won just once and collected only seven points from their seven games to date.
