Hull FC half-back Albert Kelly has signed a two-year contract extension that will keep him at the KCOM Stadium until 2020.
The 27-year-old joined the Black and Whites from rivals Hull KR ahead of the 2017 season and enjoyed an outstanding first year at the club.
He was nominated for the Man of Steel award and earned a place in the Super League Dream Team after scoring 19 tries and laying on another 14, as well as helping Hull retain the Challenge Cup.
Kelly, who is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury, hopes to enjoy more success with the Airlie Birds.
"I'm very happy with the deal," he said. "I'm loving playing my footy here at Hull and I like the path that the club is taking towards success.
"The coaching staff and the people in the background have made me feel so welcome here as well as my family, so I'm really excited to put in another two years with Hull FC.
"The trophy cabinet could do with a bit more silverware, so I'm looking forward to staying here a bit longer and trying to achieve that."
Hull head coach Lee Radford added: "I'm really pleased he has decided to stay with us at Hull FC because there was genuine interest elsewhere, particularly in the NRL.
"We've wanted Albert to sign his contract for some time now. He's a key part of the squad and keeping him is crucial in our efforts to win more silverware.
"I was simply honest with him. I told him that I really like having him around the place, and so do the rest of the boys.
"While he's an unbelievable player, he's also a bundle of energy around camp, which is a great thing to have."
