Fortune's Pearl made a winning debut at Chepstow but the favourite missed the break and he probably didn’t beat much. The filly Astraea shaped as though this trip would suit when third over 6f here last month while Jack Regan has been quite highly tried in his two races so far and looks capable of winning a race like this. Pacific Fleet was third on debut at Redcar but would need to step up on that to figure here. LAUGH A MINUTE was sent off favourite on his debut at ascot earlier this month but didn’t find as much as expected off the bridle and had to settle for a minor berth - he might be worth another chance here.
