      Verdict

      KIRSTENBOSCH takes a big step up in class and faces her biggest task to date but she looks a very progressive filly who is probably heading in a different direction to most of her rivals. Frankellina has run in the Oaks and the Ribblesdale at Ascot since her close second in the Musidora over course and distance in May. She will relish this drop in grade and holds Fanny Logan on the form book so is unlikely to be far away. Encapsulation hasn’t been beaten far the last twice in this grade and is another to consider but Rasima and Glance were both well beaten in a Group 3 over this trip at Newcastle four weeks ago.
