      Verdict

Mark of The Man arrives on a hat-trick and may be capable of further progress now that connections have discovered his best trip. Basilicata won over 7f at Kempton last month but had to be dropped back to 6f at Newmarket to get back to winning ways. Bonnyrigg, on the other hand, looked sure to be suited by further when pouncing late at HQ and Mayaas is also worth a second look having finished ahead of El Patron when third at Ascot. Rhoscolyn was an easy winner at Haydock but we’ll give another chance to ATASER as Terry Kent’s Ascot runner-up is sure to appreciate this extra furlong.
