Clockmaker's third at Chester was another decent effort and Tim Easterby's six-year-old should make his presence felt here. He makes more appeal than stablemate Fast Shot. Green Howard is bidding for a four-timer but is upped in grade again off a higher mark while a wide draw probably hasn't done Snow Bay any favours as the Ripon second likes to race up with the pace. Beckermet reversed earlier Thirsk running with Arganil at Ripon last time but is an infrequent winner nowadays while a penalty could scupper the chances of a follow up for Carlisle winner Madame Macie, who was behind Green Howard at Catterick last month. MAJESTIC DREAM looks to have dropped to a decent mark judged on his latest second at Carlisle and should give supporters a run for their money, though Polar Kite will have needed his comeback run at Ripon and could go well under claimer Lee Topliss.
