Pres Rapide must have been showing something at home prior to his Musselburgh debut as he started favourite. He couldn't quite match Vimy Ridge there but will have come on for the run and he'll take some beating. However, Richard Fahey saddles three and AL GOMRY could be good enough to make a successful debut. A 150,000gns yearling, he's a half-brother to the smart Upward Spiral and should have pace to burn. Tachophobia also represents the yard though he looked as though a stiffer test than this would suit when staying on over Beverley's stiff 5f last month. Bushtown Boy is a half-brother to a couple of 7f winners and his pedigree suggests he'll be well at home over the minimum trip, as will the filly Fast Lola.
