An incredibly tough handicap to round off the day. The wonderful Collect Art was gaining his ninth success when scoring at Yarmouth on Wednesday and his penalty is wiped out by his rider's claim. The veteran Green Manalishi, who has won 14 races, last won off a mark of 100 and is down to 79 here. He's no forlorn hope nor is eight-times winner Orpsie Boy though he climbed back up the weights after his Pontefract victory last year. Feeling Fresh is in cracking form though he's now on his highest mark in a 37-run career and though Steel Cut is running well he's by no means certain to beat Jack Luey again, who was just behind him at Chester. ISHETOO doesn't look an obvious choice but he ran quite well on his return at Redcar. He was racing from a mark of 86 when a close fourth to the very fast Captain Dunne in the Gosforth Park Cup at Newcastle in July and has dropped 12lb subsequently. Jimmy Fortune is an eye-catching booking and he can go well at a big price.
