      Verdict

      Jilly Cooper is penalised for winning at Hamilton and BOND POWER is preferred on last month’s third over track and trip. That race has worked out really well with the first two home and the fourth having all subsequently won and Bryan Smart’s colt gets the vote on the strength of that form. Cotai Class wasn’t beaten far at Newcastle on his debut and is preferred to Eternal Halo while Ercolano is fitted with a tongue-tie and Silky Wilkie makes his racecourse debut.
