After such a dominant display on his last start NO RULES is taken to land this handicap in front of Black Or Red and Squirtle. The selection landed an apprentice handicap by nine lengths on his last start and although the handicapper has but him up six pounds for that conditional jockey Simon Pearce is allowed to use his claim this time meaning he is effectively better off; terms which are hard to ignore. Black Or Red destroyed a weak field handicap by nine lengths last time and still looks well treated with just the six pounds penalty to carry so he is an obvious danger. Squirtle is another last time out winner but his three pound mark rise might be restrictive as could the six pounds added to Dazzling Begum's burden after success on her last start. It's a good race this despite the lowly rated competitors and No Rules looks to be the best treated.
