In depth

Verdict

Roxy Lane returned a shock 66/1 winner at Newmarket last week racing from 5lb out of the weights. She beat the re-opposing Lady Sylvia while Refuse Colette easily beat Speciality in a maiden handicap over track and trip last time. Loucal has been threatening around this level of late but the speculative vote goes to GIFT OF SILENCE. She looks ready for another try at this longer trip judging by the way she kept on for third over 7f here last time and may be up to landing a poor handicap such as this.
