This looks to be a straight match-up between Sonny Parkin and Aberdovey and the vote is given to Sonny Parkin. The selection is eased in grade today and he has shown enough in each of his last two starts to give him an outstanding chance of scoring today. He has run well on this track before and if he can run up to his best form he will be hard to beat. Aberdovey rates the main danger as she is also eased in grade after a disappointing effort at Newmarket last time. She is probably best judged on her previous winning effort at Sandown when she got the better of Love Affair and that piece of form makes her a leading player today. Hypnotic raced too keenly at Leicester when finishing down the field in a handicap last time, so he may fare better today if he can settle. However, he looks to have a little to find to get competitive and for the winner we will return to Sonny Parkin.
