In depth
Verdict
Erissimus Maximus won a nursery here in August but couldn't handle a higher mark on a return visit. Vote's last run was in a valuable sales race at Newmarket and she should find this less competitive. Amathyst won an Ayr nursery on soft going last month but is 5lb higher here and Hamilton scorer Party Tiger makes more appeal as he's on an upward curve. Richard Fahey's colt is also preferred to Who Told Jo Jo and Roys Dream on these terms. JET SETTER was much improved in headgear when fourth last time at Nottingham. The second that day is rated 73 and the fifth 78 so a mark of 68 looks lenient and Ryan Moore rides. Vista Steppe could be best of the rest.
