        Verdict

        Not a bad race for a seller and Persian Fox is just chosen ahead of Candyland and Give Evidence. The selection is highest in here on official ratings and although he hasn't been firing on all cylanders as yet he does have strong claims on last season's form. He was a very impressive winner of a maiden here last June and was given a mark of 70. He hasn't lived up to that estimation since but should still be capable of winning in this grade. Candyland has shown her best form on a fast surface and comes into the argument on her recent fourth behind Beautiful Madness. Give Evidence has a bit to find on recent form but can be given a squeak on the pick of last year's efforts. Ardennes is lightly raced and looks the pick of the others, but Persian Fox may be slightly better than this class and he gets our vote.
