Verdict
MASSAAT has the form in the book when just missing out at Sandown on his debut by only a short-head. The winner has since placed in pattern company and Barry Hills' charge is preferred to the likes of Tears In My Eyes and Third Rock who both have some improving to do to match the selection. Of the newcomers, Luca Cumani runs Banksea and the Al Shaqab-owned El Vip, a half-brother to no less than 10 winners. Crazy Horse is a half-brother to the useful Richard Pankhurst while Ebtihaal and Ilzam are others to note.
