High draws have proved a help at Yarmouth this week so we hope that MUNAASEB is able to show his best from today's prime position. Ed Dunlop's colt does have an element of precociousness on the dam's side of the pedigree and Richard Hills comes up for the ride. It hasn't been a vintage year for William Haggas's juveniles though the market is watched in relation to Speculate given the booking of Ryan Moore. New Latin has plenty of soft ground pedigree about him so it would be no surprise to see him go close. Walter Swinburn has a surprisingly modest strike rate at the course so we will happily watch Spin Cast. Gekko is the best of the pair to have seen the starter thus far though one would hope that the newcomers would pass him by.
