Nonrunner
Tower has been very close in his last two runs and was hampered last time out when looking as though he had enough to win. A likely front runner will be Iron Condor, who is respected, although there is a question mark raised over the trip and in addition the trainer and jockey have not combined for a winner in the last five seasons. One of two options for David Simcock in this race, HEAD HUNTED is the pick after a promising run here in June and seemingly enjoying the cut in the ground at Haydock last time. Red Barcelona and Little Oz are also considered but Head Hunted gets the vote.
