Kelsea's Kolby, an unlucky. loser at Leicester last time, is fancied to gain compensation here at the main expense of Scarrottoo and Sennen Cove. In a competitive race, the likes of Band, Pagan Storm, Fantasy Crusader and Zonnebeke all have to be considered. Sennen Cove comes here on a hat trick and is only two pounds higher than when overcoming trouble in running to get up late at Musselburgh last time. Scarrottoo failed to get in a blow when favourite at Lingfield last time, but was putting in his best work late and should fare better here. But Kelsea's Kolby gets the vote. Bought out of Jeremy Glover's yard after beating Jonny Ebeneezer in a Leicester seller in May, he has progressed well since then and was most unfortunate at the same track last time when going down by just a short head to Shinko Femme. He returns to handicap company off a mark of just 55, and Kelsea's Kolby seems sure to go close in a tough race.
