Verdict

Technique came up short again in Listed company at Salisbury though was beaten only a head. Brunnera finished in front of Cabaletta and Goldie Hawk when fourth over a longer trip at York on her first start in a Pattern race and Ville De Grace is preferred upped in distance after placing in a Group 3 at Sandown. SWEET BELIEVER (NAP) takes on tougher opposition having shown progressive form in handicaps culminating in a facile six-length success at Hamilton. The Haggas filly is worth a try at this level and gets the vote. The Gosden yard have won the last two renewals but Chiasma has plenty of improving to do though Frankie still prefers her to Gloria Mundi.
