Another low-key Class 6 handicap but there are one or two of interest, mainly RORING SAMSON, backed into favouritism for his handicap debut at Brighton last month after a trio of unplaced maiden efforts. That rated an acceptable effort considering things didn't really go his way down in Sussex and his performance should be marked up accordingly. He'll also be more streetwise now and shouldn't encounter any traffic problems around here. He runs off an unchanged mark and gets the vote over Refuse Colette. The latter has finished first and second on her last two starts and, whilst becoming exposed, should be there or thereabouts. Celestial Knight and Swiss Lait are likely to be capable of bettering previous efforts and therefore enter calculations in a weak affair.
