A wide open maiden here and as usual in these events the market will be very informative but the main protagonists look to be Spinneret, Silca Elegance and Taghreed and the narrow vote is given to Spinneret. The selection was a good second behind Arabian Gleam last time out. The form of that race has worked out well and with more improvement likely he will be hard to beat. Silca Elegance rates the main danger on his latest second behind Shadow The Wind but he is more exposed than most and is taken on. Taghreed was second on his debut behind Russian Epic and is sure to improve but the suspicion is he will be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time. Vainglory is another that ran with promise on his debut and is sure to improve so is worth a cautionary look in the market while Dragon Flame is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is exposed. and Spinneret showed enough last time to make him the one to beat today and he gets our vote.
