This isn't the strongest of maidens and Maraagel could be up to winning on his seasonal bow, Mumaathel and Palmistry may provide most danger. The Godolphin runner showed plenty of promise on his only juvenile outing over course and distance. He went off at odds on in that contest but was too green to do himself justice. He has been given time to mature and will not have to be anything too special to land this prize. Mumaathel has run well in maidens and hanmdicaps this season, earning a rating in thearly eighties. That would be good enough to win most class five maidens and so he has to be respected. Palmistry is a well bred son of Lend A Hand from a stable capable of having a first time out winner. Watch the market closely for a move on this one. Mr Cellophane is well exposed but looks the pick of the others, however Maraagel may be different class than these and he gets our vote.
