Migration, Fort Churchill and Summer Charm are the three for the shortlist here and preference is for Migration. Summer Charm was dropped in grade to score on his seasonal re-appearance on the turf last time, and the booking of Jamie Spencer is eye-catching. He looks sure to go well. Fort Churchill showed his best form for some time when second at Newcastle last time, where he would have finished closer with a clearer run, and a reproduction of that improved effort will see him thereabouts. By Rainbow Quest out of a Northern Dancer mare, Migration appreciated the return to the Flat when pulling off a 40-1 surprise in an apprentice contest at Southwell. He will have gained confidence from that and can follow up.
