Verdict
Charlie Appleby has a good strike-rate at the track with the yard’s two-year-old representatives and SUN CUISINE is taken to make a winning start. The US-bred colt cost a whopping $1.3million as the first foal of a Grade 2 winner. Collette was a much cheaper purchase but her yard is in decent form and she’s preferred to Zafeer and With Promise, who both have winning brothers. Abenakia finished a tailed off last of 15 on his debut and is easily dismissed.
