Verdict

The formbook makes this a three-way shoot-out. MAN OF LEISURE can be considered the most improved hurdler in training this summer after beginning his winning spree off a mark of 95 at Ffos Las in June, now asked to operate off a mark of 134. However, he goes well here, has struck up a fine association with Rachael Green and showed no signs of the handicapper getting his measure when easing home at Market Rasen last time. Things are getting tougher but we''ll stick with him again. Salpierre chases a three-timer after Uttoxeter and Huntingdon successes over 3m plus in ordinary handicap company. Up 16lb for those two wins, he's in good heart and should make a good fist of things in receipt of 13lb from the selection. Thanks For Coming's seven efforts over fences have brought a mixture of letters and numbers and he was pulled up at Aintree latest. Perhaps this is an attempt to regain confidence back over hurdles but he has plenty on his plate against two such in-form sorts.
