Blue Sans landed a double at Southwell with last month’s success while Judge Earle missed out on a hat-trick by only a head at Perth recently. Best Mate Dave won over a shorter trip here in June but a couple of these went close over course and distance. Classic Concorde was beaten only a neck in this grade and can race off the same mark but WOODIE FLASH had a subsequent winner back in third when winning a maiden hurdle and there should be more to come now handicapping.
