Renardeau is improving and should be thereabouts again if handling the step up in trip. Roque It looks less progressive but did have a wind operation after finishing fourth at Warwick in April. Brorson and Fantomas showed ability in bumpers but the latter finished tailed off on his hurdles bow. GOLFE CLAIR (NAP) easily beat a subsequent winner having a first run for Philip Kirby at Sedgefield and can defy a penalty here and go on to better things.
