KING'S LEGACY was placed twice over hurdles at Cheltenham last season. Lightly-raced, he's the type to improve further now his attention is switched to fences and he may have more scope than Raslan. David Pipe's eight-year-old has the higher rating over timber but was a little disappointing on his only previous try over fences in this race two years ago and has been well below par recently. Pipe also saddles Horsford, who was second in a handicap at Ffos Las in March. There is probably more to come from the latter, though he's never raced on ground this fast before.

Horsford (IRE) 9-4 (11-6) Not fluent early stages, chased winner, slow 2nd, challenged 11th, took narrow lead well before next, 1 length ahead when blundered badly and headed 3 out, not recover, 2nd of 4, 12l behind Patman Du Charmil (11-8) at Ffos Las 2m 5f hcp chs 0-125 (3) sft in Mar.
