Course specialist MY CONDOR is the tentative selection, but with doubts over his handicap mark it may pay to keep a close eye on Khazar and New Rackheath. Donald McCain's gelding was all-out to hold Captain Marlon here last month and is up 5lbs but he is yet to run a bad race here and on ground that suits is the one to beat. Recent winner New Rackheath swaps the blinkers for a visor but without his previous jockey's claim he might be high enough in the weights, so a bigger threat could be the well-handicapped Red Birr as he returns from a break. No rope should be given the strong-staying front-runner Sam Cruise nor to Khazar who doesn't look the easiest of rides and this mark of 91 has seen him held of late but any market support would renew enthusiasm.
