Verdict

Some promising maidens in opposition and a race to note for the future. Mot A Mot overcame all sorts of tack difficulties when landing his bumper before something was clearly very wrong when he was tailed off next time. The market may well reflect his chance and he's one to watch. Anyharminasking will be all the better for his hurdling bow and Iberio showed he's a gelding of potential when landing his bumper despite looking very green. However, BLACK POPPY looked likely to give the highly-regarded Go Dante a race at Bangor when falling two out and can redeem himself here. He was well supported against the favourite that day and is clearly held in some regard.
