In depth

Verdict

Lucinda Russell doesn’t have many runners here and Boy's On Tour has been in good form at Perth over the summer, though is still 8lb higher than when successful in July. Kings Monarch is also 8lb higher than for his last victory but Ballymalin is interesting after a pipe-opener at Warwick and Boughtbeforelunch was still improving when last seen at that track in March. OATHKEEPER is 0-13 over fences but potentially well treated if a third at Sedgefield has blown away a few cobwebs so he gets the nod.
