As with the first race Nicky Henderson's charge merits respect, however we're prepared to take on Journeyman in favour of ISLAMOUTH, with Thecircleoftrust well worth including in calculations. Kim Bailey doesn't have a particularly good record in this sphere but that concern is negated by the current wellbeing of the yard, having had three winners from their last five. Having taken a good second on debut, this chestnut was well backed to score at Wetherby but found the rain-softened conditions too tough to handle and, back on a quicker surface, can make it third-time-lucky. Journeyman needs a market check with David Bass once more on board but this gelding is bred to do better when sent over timber and upped in trip and he might just be a false price, so those looking to take on our selection may be best advised to look towards Thecircleoftrust. Tom George's gelding was very well backed last time but perhaps found 2m3f too far and should be suited by stepping down in trip. Tocatchaprince was weak in the market ahead of his debut but should leave it behind with his yard in better form now whilst Original Prankster stepped up on his debut last time and could continue to progress. Grey Gold has a top young jockey on board and needs a market check but we'll instead return to Islamouth.
