Supreme Toss gets the confident vote in this Beginners' Chase with Blue Americo and Ryders Storm put forward as the main dangers. The selection still has plenty to prove over fences and he has yet to translate his form over hurdles to the bigger obstacles. However, this does not look a strong race and we are prepared to give him one more chance to get his head in front as he is one of the few in the field who will be guaranteed to see out the trip. Blue Americo rates the main danger even though he was well beaten behind Commercial Flyer at Perth last time. He has got obvious claims but he has yet to prove he stays this far and for that reason we will take him on today. Ryders Storm does have some fair form but he is another who has yet to prove he will see out this trip and his yard have not been finding winners easy to come by. Ashleybank House is not the force he once was and looks opposable while Captain Michael will probably need the run. We are therefore happy to return to Supreme Toss who is put forward as the selection.
