Queen Of Ipanema was well beaten in three maidens before making her handicap debut here on Saturday where she was well supported and won convincingly. The step up to 1m4f was given as the reason for the improvement but she's likely to be as effective over this trip. VILLALOBOS showed improved form in the summer and was having only his sixth start when battling to victory at Lingfield. He's only been raised 2lb and a double looks on the cards. Inexplicable is a five-times course winner who found 7f too short at Newcastle after scoring over the track and trip but Captain St Lucifer doesn't have the best of records around here.
