Mistral Sky, Flying Bantam and Cherokee Nation are all shortlisted here and the vote is given to Cherokee Nation. Cherokee Nation is closely-matched with Flying Bantam who has held his form well over the season and he finished a decent third behind Burley Flame over this course and distance last time. However, our selection finished 2 lengths in front of him that day and he is better off at the weights here so he should be capable of confirming the placings. Mistral Sky is feared as he is sure to come on for his recent effort here when a good second behind Blythe Spirit. That run came off the back of a break so he should improve for that and he is more than capable of making the frame. Blakeshall Quest would have chances here on the pick of his form, but he is not running well at present and looks best watched, and for the winner we return to Cherokee Nation.
