MOOTASADIR was mightily-impressive when running down the odds-on Commander Han, who had won his previous race easily, at Chelmsford and connections hold him in high regard so he should go on to better things. Well Suited had made a very promising debut at Windsor last summer and was returning from a very long break when battling on to hold off Capla Jaipur at Chelmsford last month. Further progress looks likely and there's more to come while Starcaster showed plenty of ability in maidens on ground with some give in the autumn. Jeremy Noseda's $100,000 yearling Laughing Stranger, a Derby entry whose dam has produced winners with her first two foals, is one to note for the future.
