Soaked could get punters off to a winning start in the opener with Savile¿s Delight, Lady Protector and So Sober respected as the main dangers. The selection was disappointing behind Prince Aaron on this track last time, but that was over 6 furlongs, and he could be the one to beat now that he returns to his optimum trip. He ran well enough when second behind Cark at Southwell two runs ago over this trip to suggest that he could be heading back to the winning enclosure, and he gets the confident vote. Savile¿s Delight has run well on each of his last two outings on the all-weather and with Ian Mongan in the plate he is respected, but he looks to be a little high in the weights at present and he may again have to settle for place money. Lady Protector was a good winner when defeating Bali Star at Southwell last time, while So Sober is another that won well last time and they are both capable of making the frame, but in a race where a number of in-form rivals are in opposition, we will give the vote to Soaked.
