Fairmac ran his best race since beating Percy Jones at Brighton in August when going close at Chelmsford. But three of these were successful over track and trip last time including Victory March, who is upped in class and raised 5lb. Lady Percival scored here last month but PERIPETEIA looks the more progressive having won two of her last three starts and returning a convincing winner just 10 days ago.
