Hector's Here has won three times on the track since October and only just failed when third last month, though another 4lb rise makes this tougher. Starfighter has been in excellent form here and at Newcastle though has now crept up the weights. He had Giuseppe Cassioli less than a length back in third a couple of weeks ago and the latter is 2lb better off though FIEROSPEED split the pair that day and, as that was only his fifth start, he can make enough progress to reverse the form with the winner and go one better. Capriolette has only been raised 2lb for winning here early this month though this is a slight step up in grade but Flyin' Solo looked a nice prospect when scoring here in early December and might just have needed the run on a return visit a month ago.
