      PURPLE 'N GOLD scored over 6f here last time in a style that suggested today's extra furlong would not be a problem. He beat Remix with plenty to spare and a line through the latter gives him the beating of Blodwen Abbey. She's also a winner over 6f here but is not certain to appreciate this longer trip having gone close over 5f a fortnight ago. Alhira could prove next best as Thecornishcowboy and Lolita Lebron have a bit to find at the weights on today's terms.
